Password with ? causes "Invalid URL" throw

Hello, apparently when your password is generated with question mark it throws..

    });

which produces in my case URL like
postgres://user:pass?word@hosting:5432/db_name

Solution is

${encodeURIComponent(RDS_PASSWORD)}
