CUDA links are broken

The CUDA links, e.g. here:
https://github.com/rust-lang/stdarch//blob/eb1b14b2afcd0c3034af831e28a2b8d57039959b/crates/core_arch/src/nvptx/packed.rs#L57-L59
are all broken -- I just get "Page Not Found" under these URLs.

(Lol, it seems like github links to specific lines in files are also broken... amazing...)

(I think the github link might work if you remove the extra / from the url. :)

For the CUDA links, it looks like the documentation may still exist (getting a 429 from the web archive right now, so can't confirm exact parity between the old and new url) but the url roots have changed from https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/cuda-math-api/ to https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/cuda-math-api/cuda_math_api. The page names seem identical, but the anchor link structure has changed, so a find-replace seems unlikely to be helpful...

I'll try to pick this up, unless you get to it first!! :)

I don't know anything about CUDA, just randomly noticed this and left a quick issue :)
