[Request] Display Name for Workshop Maps

[MAGNAT2645]

Client-side plugin uses GetCurrentMap which doesn't support workshop maps and stores display name like workshop/vsh_estate_v1.ugc1822527053.
Would be good to add GetMapDisplayName for workshop maps so for example we will see:

Map Started
vsh_estate_v1
