I made a simple board in KiCad that might be useful to some people, Works with the Xiao ESP32S3 and the CC1101 you recommended. A ten pack cost me $8 all in for shipping from JLCPCB. This way only a couple of headers need soldering and you can probably use their PCB assembly service for that as well.
