4.0 and above no longer contain some of General Punctuation

Some multi-dot symbols (U+2056 and U+2058—U+205E) disappeared since Inter 4.0.

I noticed this because I'm typesetting a document containing U+205D, and cannot find a replacement font at this moment. Maybe I can use old versions instead, but is there any chance to add them back?
