LAPS: Update script to use Get-LapsADPassword

The LAPS script has additional dependencies that are no longer needed. We can use native "Get-LapsADPassword" command since April 2023.

Replace:

Import-Module AdmPwd.PS
$Pass = Get-AdmPwdPassword -Computername $Target.Name$

With:
$Pass = Get-LapsADPassword -Identity $Target.Name$ -AsPlainText
