Closing as a false positive from a stale local clone.

The Link Health Scanner was reading an out-of-date clone of this repo on the scanner host (a leftover pre-rename kagenti checkout, last synced 2026-08-05, that shadowed the fresh clone). The flagged link had already been fixed or removed on main by the time the scan ran, so the finding never reflected the current tree.

Root cause fixed: the stale duplicate clone has been removed from the host, and the transitional clone-dir remap that let it shadow the fresh clone is being retired (rossoctl/automation#60). Future scans read only the current tree.

Verified the flagged URL is no longer broken on main before closing. If this link genuinely breaks again, a future scan will re-file it.
