[Bug] Cannot delete platforms

Describe the bug
Cannot delete platforms. Delete button remains inactive after typing platform name

To Reproduce
create a custom platform folder and roms and do scan. This will populate the platform you want to delete. Try delete it.

Expected behavior
Platform is deleted.
