Arcticfox built for widowsrt arm32 x86 CPU

Hello!
How can i built an version of Arcticfox based on your source files for an Surface RT tablet?
What i need for it? some guide are usefull!

I have absolutely no clue, I never performed windows builds, @roytam1 did the builds with Visual Studio on windows for x86 and amd64 for XP. Now he doesn't anymore. Windows ARM was never tested either.

Windows territory is current untested, unfortunately.

Further note: in-tree support is for win32 only, desktop. Metro has been removed, as it has been from upstream.
