BillingWatch is an open-source, self-hosted billing anomaly detection system for Stripe. If you're running a subscription business and want early warning when something goes wrong — this is for you.

What it does

BillingWatch monitors your Stripe account and alerts you when it detects:

• Failed payment spikes — more failures than usual in a rolling window
• MRR drops — sudden drops in monthly recurring revenue
• Churn bursts — unusual subscription cancellation clusters
• Refund anomalies — refund rate exceeding expected thresholds
• Invoice aging — overdue invoices going unnoticed
• Trial conversion drops — trials ending without converting
• Webhook failures — Stripe webhook delivery issues

Why self-hosted?

Your billing data is sensitive. BillingWatch runs on your own infrastructure — no third-party SaaS, no data leaving your control.
