Can't run the jogmock.exe

I have edited the config.yml file and using the listed version on readme.md but whenever i run the jogmock.exe it says: "Unable to load config: Key: 'rawApiConfig.MobileAppVersion' Error:Field validation for 'MobileAppVersion' failed on the 'required' tag"
