Currently, we don't have a Lua API endpoint to allows extensions author to add a typst package (for example from community package repo preview https://typst.app/universe/)
We only have HTML dependencies, and LaTeX package insertion: https://quarto.org/docs/extensions/lua-api.html#dependencies
