Provenance-Replay cannot handle cached artifacts

Bug Description
If you give a cache:key as input to provenance replay it throws up

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Give a cache:key as input to provenance replay
2. Observe

Expected behavior
It should be able to raw read the cached artifact.
