Ops supporting FP8 quantization (static quantization / Float8StaticActivationFloat8WeightConfig)

Hi all,

Does anyone know which ops are supported with Float8StaticActivationFloat8WeightConfig config?

Is it only linear layers or conv2d are suported as well? any other ops which are supported?
