Feature: RG CUBEXX Add Screen Scaling Option for Cropped (Integer Scaled then Cropped) like MinUI so SNES and NES can really take advantage of 1:1 Ratio Display.

Hey man really nice work on BaseOS and porting nextUI so cleanly to H700 Platform, this is really the last feature i'm really looking forward to, I hope its not much of hassle to do.
