Good Psi+ .doap file

Current the .doap file for Psi+ is same than Psi.
Bad icon, bad links, bad version, ...

It is needed to have a different .doap file for Psi+, a patch and a new name file name too.

Prefer to speak about other softwares instead of Psi+ which is in XMPP.org list.

Since the + is only a dev version so everywhere we should refer to the Psi itself.

Psi+ is a development version yet it is also a routine version, which offers current capabilities which most clients conform with and which Psi does not yet have.

Psi+ also offers a version which eliminates stability issues that Psi currently has if you join to over 300 group chats.

Psi+ is very relevant. Please do not suppress Psi+.
