Come up with a way to run final image under VirtualBox

Currently we're trying to stick with UEFI boot sequence and it seems there's no way to use VirtualBox with UEFI BIOS out of the box.

I tried running supermicro.img under Virtualbox today (after converting it to .vdi image format), but wasn't successful. Virtualbox does seem to have experimental support for EFI as per https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch03.html#efi But it also says that Linux boots up fine using EFI. Will give it a try again over the weekend.

@rvs would be best person to decide if we need to get supermicro image to run on VirtualBox. I think he filed the issue. Personally I don't see much value in it. Qemu works fine on both Mac and Linux with the generated supermicro image. Regards, Chirag Kantharia.
