Error: Cannot find module '../lib/cli'

As soon as I set a project and lunch for the first time $ npm run dev, evertyhing works fine but as soon as I quit it and relaunch that same command I can see this error : "Error: Cannot find module '../lib/cli'" and then I'm not able to run my local version.

Do you have any clue of what the problem might be?
