Ability to disable pypi link

proposal

Add the ability to disable the pypi link, such as through a new YAML section or top level key. Optionally, allow user to provide their own link, e.g., for private repositories like Artifactory.

Thanks for the issue! It's a good one so I prepared a PR for this (#180) and it should be merged soon.
