Add kext naming manifest (static before->after list, grounded on main)

The curated KMOD->kext mapping driving buildextensions/buildgraphics. Rule:
naming follows build origin -- base in-tree = FreeBSD-name (if_iwlwifi.kext,
auto-derived), out-of-tree ports = 12 custom curated names (IntelGraphics,
NVIDIAGraphics<NNN>). Each row shows FreeBSD KMOD, prior June-catalog name, and
new name + org.nextbsd.* id. Grounded against freebsd-src main: adds the 4
missing USB wifi drivers (run/rsu/uath/upgt), expands mt76 to 6 KMODs, drops
non-existent iwmfw, per-branch nvidia, t7fw_cfg; zero deltas vs releng/15.1 for
this subset. Static manifest = names+wiring; match tables stay auto-generated.
