inverted run loop: fold in all four surveys

Root cause found. A CI bisect over 200 boot logs and an independent
source reading converge on the same code: #106's real pset release plus
dispatch_kevent.c forwarding a native EVFILT_MACHPORT event whose udata
it already freed. Fix is <50 lines in one file. GNUstep coexistence is a
non-problem; CFMachPort is closed off by mach_port_request_notification
being a no-op. #136 exonerated as introducer.
