Add freebsd-launchd-mach plan: fork ravynOS Mach into out-of-tree kmod
Two new docs in the freebsd-launchd-plan tree:
freebsd-mach-kmod-plan.html (v1) - earlier framing: build a minimal
mach.ko from scratch covering the ~15-call subset configd needs, on
stable FreeBSD KPIs only so the artifact rebuilds at major bumps.
freebsd-launchd-mach-plan.html (v2, supersedes v1) - after surveying
NextBSD and ravynOS, recommend a two-repo strategy: keep freebsd-launchd
on AF_UNIX track unchanged, create new freebsd-launchd-mach repo that
extracts ravynOS's sys/compat/mach as out-of-tree mach.ko, lifts their
launchd / liblaunch / libxpc / libdispatch, integrates the configd
already imported by freebsd-launchd. Apple source covers system-services
layer only; GNUstep stays for framework layer; userland stays ELF (no
dyld, no Mach-O execution); Linux compat unaffected. ravynOS pivoted
away from FreeBSD to port XNU directly so we are inheritors not
collaborators. ~10-12 weeks vs the v1 plan's 24-32. Long-term home: new
distro or absorbed into gershwin-on-freebsd.
