'list_users': add options to sort on disk usage, and show bytes versus human-readable format?

Proposals for the `list_users` command:

* New option to sort the output by disk usage (currently sorted on user name)
* Allow disk usage to be displayed in bytes (currently shows the human-readable form e.g. `15 GB`)
