chore: remove stale repository relics

Delete unreferenced starter documents, scripts, test placeholders, components, assets, and generated remnants left by earlier migrations and redesigns.

Remove the dependencies and Nx configuration that only supported those deleted paths, then regenerate the pnpm lockfile.
