🐛[BUG] Camera border flickering

Steps to reproduce

The entire background is white i don't know how it happened

Expected Behaviour

I was expecting to where the window where you animate it white and the background is gray

Actual Behaviour

The entire background is white

When i draw or do anything it flickers gray around the area i drew

This bug report does not provide enough information to investigate what is wrong.
Can you share a video of what you mean by this "When i draw or do anything it flickers gray around the area i drew"

It sounds like the background cutout has disappeared but when you draw where it's supposed to be, it comes back briefly. I am not able to reproduce this myself so without more information about how you reproduced this, we cannot move further with this bug.

@THEARTLESS It is normal for the camera border to not be displayed if the camera layer is not visible. This can happen if you hide the camera layer with the dot to the left of it in the timeline, or if you have the layer visibility set to current layer only (cycled using the top left dot in the timeline, or in the top menu go View > Layer Visibility).

I'm reopening this issue as I am actually seeing some visual artifacts under specific circumstances which are probably what this user came across. Steps to reproduce in v0.7.2 and current master:

1. Set layer visibility to all, make sure the camera is not hidden, and make sure the camera resolution is smaller than the size of the scribble area.
2. Set layer visibility to current layer only.
3. On a bitmap layer, try drawing near the outer edges of the scribble area.

While the stroke is drawing, it appears like the tiles are using a background with the camera border. That border isn't affected by the view transform.
