HotSpot clients will not use the profile DNS

I've configured the DoH Adguard profile on my iPhone 13 iOS 15.4.1 on the phone itself the DNS are working, but any client connected to the hotspot will keep using the carrier's DNS

How could this be even a problem with the DNS profiles? It’s an incorrect behavior on iOS, and you should report it to Apple.
