chars height is small

plate detect is :

in cutting char it most have more height
this is final plate detected

this is correct char :

but in cutting it convert to :

( top of char is not in cutting image )
how can i fix this?

You should take a look at the parameters in config.xml -- I'm not sure, which ones will help you the most.

If that doesn't help, try taking a look at the thesis of the original author: http://javaanpr.sourceforge.net/anpr.pdf

I do not know the parameter, or if there is such a parameter, sorry. I'm pretty sure it is possible, but I do not know how much work it involves and I do not have the time to investigate this, sorry 😞

Why don't you just invert the colors? Yes, exactly.
