Yes, using pyenv-win, once installed, you can access it on both PowerShell and CMD.

could you cut a new release or tag if you have limited time. not really really important but it'd be ok to get whatever is mostly working and usable but not bleeding edge with dealbreaker bugs.

or one for important additions, or new python versions added to enable easily spotting where things went wrong instead of a git bisect. this is uncommon but maybe the friction due to tooling could be reduced by hub codespaces.
