目前我们已经向 OMDSH Workshop 提交了：

投稿本身已经通过 manifest、固定源码、npm run validate 和测试，但自动化在创建 pending-review PR 时受到 GitHub Actions PR 创建权限限制。之后 Workshop 的 discover/intake 管线又出现了 inventory/catalog invariant 故障，目前新的 Submission 也仍然无法进入 pending-review 阶段：

我们现在已经确认，dsh-hub-workshop 的 repository maintainer map 中登记的 admin maintainer 是你。

我的 Submission #23：
omdsh-dev/dsh-hub-workshop#23

自 8 月 15 日起一直被 Workshop intake / discover 的平台级故障阻塞。相关问题包括：

• dsh-session-info：会话头部一键查看 / 复制 Session ID 与元信息 #17 — GitHub Actions 无法创建 PR
  [Intake] review PR cannot be opened — GitHub Actions lacks PR-creation permission (issue #16) dsh-hub-workshop#17
• #57 — discovery/catalog/inventory 不同步导致 intake 全局失败
  intake automation down since 13:13Z — check-public-site inventory/catalog invariant fails on every [Submission] issue dsh-hub-workshop#57

到 8 月 27 日，新的 Submission intake 仍然在同一类平台级校验上失败；目前没有证据表明这是单个插件 manifest 或源码的问题。

想请教一下：

1. 现有 queued submissions（包括 #23）是否继续等待即可？
2. Workshop 恢复后，是否会由 maintainer 统一 rerun / replay intake？
3. 作者是否需要做任何额外操作，还是不建议重新提交？

目前我没有重新提交 #23，也没有手工复制 automation branch 创建 pending-review PR，以避免产生重复或 stale records。

We have now confirmed that you are listed as the admin maintainer for dsh-hub-workshop in the OMDSH repository maintainer map.

My Submission #23:
omdsh-dev/dsh-hub-workshop#23

has been blocked since August 15 by the Workshop-wide intake/discovery infrastructure issue.

As of August 27, newer submissions are still failing on the same platform-side pipeline, so there is currently no evidence that this is caused by an individual plugin manifest or source repository.

Could you please advise:

1. Should existing queued submissions such as #23 simply keep waiting?
2. Once Workshop is repaired, will maintainers rerun/replay the affected intake jobs?
3. Is any author action required, or should we avoid resubmitting?

I have intentionally not resubmitted #23 or manually recreated the automation PR, to avoid duplicate or stale records.
