Withdrawal stuck for 1+ month — state root never posted for block 9096525 (nonce 26706)

Issue:
On Blockscout (pacific-explorer.manta.network), only the "Waiting for state root" step is checked. "Ready to prove" never activates, even though the bridge UI shows the "Prove Withdrawal" button as available. This suggests the state root covering block 9096525 has never been posted to L1.

What I've tried:

•	Contacted support via email — no response
•	Posted publicly on X tagging @MantaNetwork — no official response
•	Reached out via LinkedIn — no response
•	Received multiple scam responses impersonating Manta/Blockscout support (fake "node repair" site, fake Zoom link hosted on S3), which I did not engage with

Questions:

1.	Can someone confirm whether the state root covering block 9096525 has been posted on L1?
2.	Is this a known issue with the proposer?
3.	Are my funds safe in the meantime, and what's the expected resolution timeline?
