How to prepopulate data in the WHO ANC Application

What kind of support do you need?

The following instructions will help a user pre-populate the data on the WHO ANC App. This guidelines is for technical partners who have implemented the Manual Encounter Feature. In order to bypass the 1 month limitation that the manual encounter feature has; partners can pre-populate the records using the following steps:

1. Go to the device's settings
2. Change the phone's date to an older date e.g 1st November 2022
3. Turn your internet off. This step is important as when one tries to login to the Bunda App with the internet on, the SSL certificates will be blocked and you will not be able to login to the app.
4. Login to the WHO ANC Application
5. Add patients and collect your data.
6. Go back to the phone date settings to today's date
7. Turn your internet on
8. Login to the Bunda App and sync the data that has been collected.

What is the acceptance criteria for your support request?

This will assist the technical partners in their data collection
