Template change for MOOC certificate

Feature Request

There is a need to completely change the visual appearance of the document given for MOOCs, the certificate.
In Joanie, it is the certificate template entitled:

• in French: Certificat de réussite
• in English: Certificate of achievement

Here is the current template:

Initially, the French version will be prioritised. As soon as we have the elements for the English version, we will add them to the issue.

In order to implement the new design, we would need the following assets:

• The background file (blank, without any text or overlaid elements) in PNG format
• Confirmation of the font(s) used (Montserrat?)
• The different font sizes and weights used in the template
• The hex color codes for each text element (if not available, we'll retrieve them from the mockup ourselves)
• Other assets needed maybe ?

• The color values are specified in the style guide; note that all text is black except for the recipient's name, which is in cobalt blue

• Regarding fonts, here are the sizes and weights :
  Yes it's on Montserrat font

• In french :

  • CERTIFICAT : Light - 76 pt
  • Délivré le : extra-bold - 10 pt
  • Prénom Nom : Extra-bold - 36 pt
  • A réussi l'examen final du MOOC : medium - 12 pt
  • Nom du mooc : extra-bold - 24 pt
  • Nom de l'établissement : semi-bold - 16 pt
  • Pour vérifer la validité du certificat ... : semi-bold italic - 9 pt
  • url de vérification : regular italic - 9 pt
  • L'IDENTITÉ DE LA PERSONNE. A ÉTÉ VÉRIFIÉ : medium - 8 pt

• Check the icons in French and English (500px) :

• The background file (blank, without any text or overlaid elements) in PNG format (3000px or 6000px

Hi there, here is the new degree certificate degree.pdf now generated by joanie. Is it good for you ?

FYI, I tried with a very long title (on 3 lines) and it's still OK.
