Is there a separate repository for the API server?

Hi! I noticed that the client automatically sends requests to the "api" subdomain
I want to run the API on my own subdomain (e.g., api.mydomain.com), but I cannot find a dedicated API server repository.

Is the backend/API server included inside this main repository, or is it hosted in a separate/private repo?

If there is a public API/server repo, could you please share the link?
And if it's integrated into this repo, which directory contains the API code?
