CLI interactive mode

Inspired by this tweet and this PR to create-react-native-app and obviously Jest.

I think it would be very nice if the dev registry when starting, would have some sort of interactive mode.
Perhaps a command to rebuild the components (only changed or all - jest style) and perhaps one to toggle the verbosity level

One of the very useful features (perhaps async without delaying startup time) would be to auto-detect new oc/compiler versions, and ask the user for an auto update :)
