Bug Description

Sharing with people: expiration date does not get applied

Reproduction Steps

1. select a resource and open the sharing panel
2. enter share receiver name
3. set an expiration date
4. click "share"
5. share in the shared with list has no expiration date

Expected Outcome

share has an expiration date

Actual Outcome

share in the shared with list has no expiration date
