Metrics by publisher

It would be good to start to produce some metrics related to papers published by certain publishers for answering some pulbisher's related questions, e.g.:

• Which papers are the most cited within one journal?
• What is the relative citation rates for articles between different journals from the same publisher?
• What is the relative citation rates for articles between similar journals from competing publishers?
