What's the problem?

The open-telemetry/sem-conv library version 1.37.0 violates the PHP PSR-4 autoloading standard, making it impossible to use this library with an optimized autoloader. The issue looks to have been fixed in this repository, but the open-telemetry/sem-conv library has not been released since September 3rd.

Please release the latest changes to the PHP library to fix the autoloading bug.
