Replace variableOptions with a default variable per Domain

Currently we use a giant list of variableOptions, that is not even complete.

Solution 1:

Await the latest.json in UI project and parse VariableOptions from there.

Pros:

• no more variableOptions

Cons:

• 1s delay for all Domain Switches.

Solution 2:

Generate a complete list of variableOptions per Domain on buildtime, and expose with the package
