The dCone geom is abandoned in the contrib directory, it needs some love to be incorporated.

If you can contribute some code you used in your applications and you tested then I could review and merge it in the ODE.
I myself don’t develop new features since I have no project I could test them in.

Bringing up this issue again as it would help significantly with our use case of ODE/DART over needing to switch to bullet-featherstone.
