Purgatory by wallet ids is failing

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to account purge url
2. See response to return account list
   
3. Check the job which triggers purgatory by account id
4. See error

Expected behavior
The asset should be marked as purged

Screenshots
The aquarius purgatory is failing and the purgatory by account is not working(also exception causes the purge by did to not even call)
