Implement distributed/remote extraction

It is requested to implement distributed extraction in order to be able to retrieve data from multiple appliances running n2disk.
It should be possible to also merge the PCAP output from all appliances to a single PCAP file (or set), with packets sorted by time.
The same can be integrated in ntopng to allow remote extractions from ntopng, with n2disk running on a separate machine.
