Adjusting height between the answer key and the line above it

As you can see in the attached image, while reviewing my cards on anki desktop, the space between the answer keys and the horizontal line above it is being wasted and i have to scroll to be able to see the answer keys properly, so I need to know how to decrease the space between the answer key and the horizontal line above it

can you export your ARBb settings and send them to me?
also, have you tried disabling other add-ons to rule out this issue being caused by a conflicting add-on?

Open ARBb settings menu, on the bottom right corner there should be a backup settings button. When you click it, it should save your settings to a file. That file is your exported settings.
