Some issues encountered during my replication experiment

Dear Professor, I have read your paper and attempted to replicate the experiments described therein. However, regarding the scoremd experiment, I have some questions to inquire about. I am using the conda environment manager locally and following the configuration file you provided to run the aldp experiment on the L20 server. However, I am unable to obtain experimental results comparable to those presented in the paper. The molecular dynamics simulation yields relatively poor results. Therefore, I would appreciate your advice or assistance in identifying my issues.
