Diversity Ticket Scholarships

So, along with every sponsorship we get an allotment of tickets for a diversity giveaway. We already have a bunch available but I need help administering the program.

@thefoxis you did the outreach and signups for JSFest, should we do the same this time or do you have some new ideas?

I think we could do the following:

• create a google form and it put it on a subpage w/additional information for people to apply for a diversity ticket
• start selling more expensive tickets that cover 1 person + extra ticket for diversity giveaway purposes (slightly cheaper than just 2x price of regular ticket) as jsconfeu does

I can take care of diversity efforts too :) What do you think?

We baked tickets in to the sponsorships so we should have plenty. We have 4 sponsors so far which already gave us 11 tickets :)

okay, that's awesome! I'll do a subpage for applying for these and set it up early next week so we can get people in :)
