[BUG] V5 lock screen password fails

Bug description

When I try to enter password, dots show but when i press enter, it freezes but enable fingerprint, which works. fingerprint doesnt work before i enter the password. after i enter the password, i cannot delete the password but if i clicked the -> button then i can click the input field to delete the password

Steps to reproduce

run 'noctalia msg session lock'
enter password and hit enter
fail to unlock

Expected behavior

the password should unlock the lock screen

Actual behavior

instead of unlocking, it freezes and enables the fingerprint sensor

Its the same from me. I'm on Arch using Niri. Noctalia is installed via home-manager.

Can you guys try again on a latest commit ? should be fixed by this #3006

I still have this bug after #3006.

• Compositor: niri (NixOS, noctalia-shell pinned to commit b200968, contains the new FingerprintAuthenticator).
• Sensor: Goodix MOC 27c6:609c (Framework 13 AMD), fprintd, one finger enrolled.

The fingerprint unlock works, but when I unlock with my password, the screen hangs ~40s (or until I touch the sensor).

Claude says:
Looks like the password path still waits on the in-flight fprintd verify to cancel/return, and on this Goodix sensor that cancel is slow, so the parallel-unlock fix from #3006 doesn't cover this case.

Im also on a fw13 amd, and it works since the last PR, can you test again ?
