Opening chats in new windows
- It should be possible to open a chat in a new window
- Via CTRL+Click
- Via a conversation menu
- A conversation open in a new window should be simple to bee one conversation page:
- No conversation list
- No custom title bar

An alternative to a multi-window view could be tabs in the primary window.
