Icon not visible when editing meeting time

Steps to reproduce

1. Create/edit any meeting
2. Click on the time
3. Click on the hours or minutes
4. There is a blank button without any svg/text

Issue reproduced in light theme, dark theme, high contrast themes

Expected behavior

The clock icon should be visible.

Actual behavior

The clock icon isn't visible.

The fix lies in NcDateTimePicker, changing the color of the button.
