Inviting people to existing events sends "Invitation updated" instead of "Invitation" email #8487

Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an event named "Example" in the Calendar app.
  2. Reopen the event and add attendees.
  3. (optional) Change the title, time and/or add a location of the event.
  4. See how the attendees receive an email "Invitation updated: Example".
  5. If you did step 3: See how the old information (that the newly invited person never knew about) is strikethrough. See also how the newly added location of the event is strikethrough ONLY (very confusing).

Expected behavior

Attendees that are added anew should receive the "Invitation" email because for them all the information about the event can be considered news to them - they don't need to know/see that there have been changes in the moment when they were added to the event.

Actual behavior

Attendees that are added anew are receiving the "Invitation updated:" email.

This is especially problematic when you change data of the event while adding new attendees to the event.

All three of these cases should look like the first case "Normal Invitation" for the newly added attendee.
