Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a meeting proposal is created and shared with attendees, the organizer has no way of knowing when participants have voted, unless they manually open the proposal page to check. There is no notification (email or push) triggered by a vote.
Describe the solution you'd like
When an attendee submits their vote on a meeting proposal, the organizer should receive a notification.
Ideally both:
- A push notification within Nextcloud (Activity feed / bell icon)
- An email notification (subject to the organizer's notification
preferences)
The notification should indicate who voted, so the organizer can follow up if needed.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Periodically checking the proposal page manually. Not scalable when proposals are sent to multiple attendees.
Additional context
This is the meeting-proposal equivalent of #3630 (organizer notifications for Appointments). The same gap exists for the voting flow introduced in Calendar v6.
