Include CVE DB Version in NeuVector Vulnerability Report

Request description:

Customer/Regulation requires 1. CVE DB Version and 2. Image ID to be shown on NeuVector Vulnerability Report (PDF)

Actual behavior:

1. CVE DB Version is available only in the UI but not on the Vulnerability Report PDF

2. Vulnerability Report PDF, it's not showing Image ID/Sha although it's available in the UI.

Expected behavior:

1. CVE DB Version listed on Vulnerability Report PDF (See Image)

2. Image ID to show in Vulnerability Report (See Image)
